“The harder the struggle, the more glorious the triumph”- Swami Sivananda.

In this competitive age, one struggles to leave alone to find the right job with a reasonable salary, but find’s a job.

The pressure that some of us face is not just friends and college mates getting placed elsewhere, but pressure from family and our own pressure to choose the right career. And that’s why it is necessary for you to have clarity of thought and get the right guidance.

Some of us chance upon it, some of us make it happen. Whatever be your circumstance, would you decide to make the right choice as Srinivasa did.

Read below to be inspired by his story.

Hi. I am Srinivasa Rao Botsa. I have graduated from Andhra University in 2013. I studied Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering. I came from a family of 5 members. My father is a farmer and my mother is a home-maker.

After completing my B.Tech, I joined Indian Maritime University. There I was doing R&D projects sponsored by Ministry of Shipping. I don’t know how much time the projects will last. So, I thought that it is insecure for me to work in such an environment. Then I decided to quit my job without any hesitation. I told my parents, they felt very bad. They said, “What man! A lot of people are looking for a job, even 10K salary jobs are very difficult to find, Is it correct? once rethink.”

My senior suggested me to take the SSC CGL exam (Combined Graduate Level), which is conducted by Staff Selection Commision Board. The benefit of this exam is that there is no sectional cut off. It is conducted to recruit Group B & Group C officers in 21 departments like Income Tax, Excise, Customs & CBI, Narcotics, National Investigation Agency(NIA) and Auditors. The promotion growth is very high and you will have a lot of respect in public.

Then Rohit Agarwal sir came to Vizag luckily and he conducted a seminar about Banking & SSC Exams, it’s that time that I joined TalentSprint for the online package. So for almost one and a half year, I stayed without a job. I struggled a lot financially. For anything, there will be an initial struggle these days, without struggle we cannot get any good opportunities.

In August 2017, the CGL results came out, I was selected as Auditor in CGDA Department and also I have cracked RRB NTPC (Railway Recruitment Board) and selected as Station Master in Indian Railways. So my hard work paid off. Then I called my father and said, “Daddy, I got selected as Auditor in CGDA,” My father felt very happy and he said, “Finally, you proved that your decision is right”.

Thank you, TalentSprint.
